The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made at The Unicorn, whether at unicorn-stow.co.uk via the individual hotel website or by telephone or otherwise.
All rates featured on The Unicorn Website or quoted by telephone or otherwise are offered subject to availability and The Unicorn reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. Only adults 18 and over can stay at the hotel unaccompanied. Children are very welcome 0 -18 at The Unicorn when accompanied by an adult.
The Unicorn offer a choice of Apartments. All prices are subject to availability.
PRICING
Our pricing will fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Your price is guaranteed once you have been given a confirmation. Indicative alternative currency rates used to estimate cost and balance of cost are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.
RATES
In general, The Unicorn rates are available until 72 hours of arrival. These rates allow you to alter or cancel your booking up until 72 hours prior to arrival without charge.
Cancellations or bookings made within 72 hours of arrival will be non-Refundable and non-transferable meaning charged the full rate of stay booked. Full payment can be taken at anytime after booking unless agreed otherwise.
WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES
Prices for all stays include a One or Two-bedroom Apartment(s) depending on which you have booked, Car Parking in The Unicorn Car Park, WIFI and all amenities provided in your Apartment.
AVAILABILITY
During major local events, social events certain rates may not be available. Certain dates may be subject to a minimum length of stay. All rates are subject to availability.
SINGLE GUESTS
Individual guests using a One- or Two-bedroom Apartment (where available) may benefit from a reduced rate. Please ask at the time of booking or email info@unicorn-stow.co.uk.
DOGS / PETS
Several of our Apartments can accommodate Pets, for a small extra charge. Please contact The Unicorn directly for details and to inform if you are bringing a dog. Please see Pet Policy.
CAR PARKING
Car parking is free of charge and included in your rate, there are plenty of parking spaces and a reservation is not required.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Apartments are available anytime from 3pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance for an earlier check in time. You can check in any time after 3pm and before 4am the following day if arriving later. Apartments must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated or agreed before stay.

When you make your booking, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid debit/credit card.
GROUP BOOKING
A group booking is Two Apartments or more and full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and non-refundable within 7 days of arrival. 50% payment is due at the time of booking for all group bookings, please contact The Unicorn for further details if unsure.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
All cancellations are made in accordance with the cancellation terms of the rate booked.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay in any of our Apartments should be made in the first instance to the apartment’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time or email info@unicorn-stow.co.uk.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information set out on our website and marketing campaigns, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement, or cancel any of the information or offers featured on our websites or email campaigns or otherwise at any time.
All details are correct at time of going to print, however may be subject to change from time to time.

The Unicorn shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
